Glass and Vinyl Windows
Glass, vinyl or acrylic windows can be installed into existing or new projects. All glass windows are impact tested to withstand hurricane force winds. Vinyl and acrylic windows offer protection from the outside elements. When opened, they allow 50-75% airflow through the screened area. Vents are removable, allowing total screen room ventilation. Our screen of choice, “Phiferglass“, is an excellent screen that has been woven from permanent glass yarn and then coated with a protective vinyl which ensures lasting color and flexibility. Porches
The product used for the roofs of all our screen porches is “The Elite Inter-Lock Roof System“. It features a three inch thick, highly insulated core material of expanded polystyrene, a product used in freezer and refrigerator walls. Impervious to moisture and mildew, it has an insulation value equal to 48” of brick.
